- You don't seem to have much stock.
How can I buy a car from you?
- Most of the vehicles we buy are sold directly
to our customers. We don't keep large numbers of stock as we want to keep our
fees low. Please let us know your requirements and we will start looking for the
vehicle(s) you want to buy. For new customers we will require a JPY 100,000
deposit but once we have some trade history with you, we can deal without an
initial deposit.
- Which markets do you ship to? Is mine
FOB or CIF?
- We can ship to all major markets but feel
free to contact us about your specific market. Sometimes it's possible to choose
FOB or CIF but in general, most markets are CIF except Australia.
- I need to buy parts, can you
help?
- We can supply parts for customers who have
bought vehicles from us but we don't deal in large quantities. There are many
parts exporters in Japan, please contact them for bulk supply.
- Is it possible to install a
radio/cd/md before shipment?
- Yes but additional costs will be charged to
you.
- If I buy more than 1 car of you, do I
get a discount?
- Prices for vehicles listed on our site are to
some extent negotiable. Vehicles bought from auction for you, can not be
discounted any further. Please contact us if you want to know our fees or if you
would like to negotiate on a vehicle.
- Does it costs money if I register and
how do you use my info?
- Registration with Oriental Vehicle Exports is
free. At any time you can let us know to delete your details from our database.
We do not share or sell your details to others.
